Can anybody give me the part numbers, and is it a diy job?
don't quote me on this, but I don't think you need any parts you just move the split pin to the next hole on the air spring leg (I think)
Pies!
You will need some internal travel spacers, think they come in 20 and 30mm flavours. Obviously if you want to drop to 100mm you will need 2x 20mm etc.
Most of the details can be found here:

Just pick your forks and there will be a changing travel section for it.
Its simple enough job to do, all id suggest is that if your ordered some travel spacers get a couple of the crush washers at the same time, only cost a few pence and worth changing when your done.
Like it GW! thanks v10, will look at that.

Can you do this with any Fox fork?
I quite fancy some Vanillas but I need 120mm rather than 140mm
Yes, you can do it with Vanillas. Pretty easy - I managed it when I was a bit tired and emotional and with the wrong tools.
Older vanillas you can reduce the travel, but '09 ones you cant.
Can you reduce the travel on '07 36 Van R's?
