As title really. Switching to XT brakes from Hayes HFX9s, sticking with the same rotors, and I just need to know if I should buy new adaptors. Ta.

are your hayes IS or post mount? the xt's are post mount so if your hayes are the same just use the adaptors from them and you should be fine.

HFX9's are post mount, so just use exactly the same mounts as you're currently using (if any).

If the rotors are not changing then you should be fine with the same adapters.
There is a slim chance the old adapters may foul the caliper but you would have to be particularly unluky for that to happen.
