The chilli tech head torches are decent, £22 each for 800 lumens.

You might need something on your bars as well depending what type or riding you're doing.

As above, I have a chilli tech one and it is good. No wires or external battery but it can feel a bit odd on some helmets as it changes the balance. I have 2 helmets and it is fine on 1 but not the other - it makes it feel front heavy I constantly need to re-adjust the helmet. The difference seems to be where the air vents and therefore the mounting points are.

The other option is a cheap cree light with the external battery in your pack.

If you don’t like the look of the chilli tech ones for any reason (I’ve got one of their bullet cams and the service / communication was great Tbf) then the Moon Vortex / Vortex Pro is pretty good on a helmet. Not sure if it comes with any kind of helmet mount but I bought their £5 gopro adapter and used that to attach to my gopro helmet mount thing.
