I want to lift my headtube as much as possible to try and slacken the head angle a bit. Presently got a Crank Bros Directset fitted for exactly the opposite reason, but I've temporarily switched to shorter forks.
As a reference, the lower stack of the Directset is 10mm.
FSA Pig DH pro is 16mm
Cane Creek S-3 +5 is 17.3mm
Anything higher? If I take off the headset spacers and keep the low-stack upper race of the Crank Bros, I've got 10mm to gain.
if the cane creek extra height is in the cup not the crown race then I think you can get +5mm crown races from on-one and hope to add a bit more?

On-One Smoothie +5 has a 20mm lower, which is what I'm after. Annoyingly, its not reduced in price, while the standard smoothie is.
I'll keep looking...
Also, there's no reason (apart from cosmetics) not to mix-and-match uppers and lowers is there?
