from what I've read in the past;

The usual 'bloke starts site, doesn't want to maintain it, tolerates others taking it on but won't relinquish control, finally throws toys out of pram'

I may be wrong though!

The actual message was that the .htaccess file couldn't be read so for security purposes access to the site was denied though it's changed now. The .htaccess file is used by Apache web servers to configure sites or parts of sites. Looks like it's either had permissions altered, moved or a change has been made that means Apache can't read it.

I liked it. It was occasionally helpful and meet some great people there.

Cheers!

Maybe we can start "Single-fat" for plus bikes and "double-fat" for true fatties (also to be known as Gold Top)?

Not enough people looking at it any more so it's vanished as being looked at was its only purpose. The same way all [s]websites[/s] [s]fat bikes[/s] both die. 😛

Any word on what's happening yet?

I have thought of a way to thwart your evil intentions. I am going to bore some large holes in my tyres to let the water out. This will probably start a new fashion, first fatbikes had holey rims, now they will have holey tyres.

You may take credit for inspiring the invention. 🙂
