I'd go for 100% Briskers personally, but they don't have gel palmeds
I opened the thread to say Briskers. I used to swear by Dexters and but the 100% Briskers are my go-to winter glove now. (Gel caveat as above though I never noticed).
Never had a problem with my Dexters. First pair popped a seam after about 5 years but my lad still uses them. Second pair must be 3 years old and they are fine apart from the lettering falling off the back.
Anyhow, I've had some good news. I have been sent a picture of my gloves and, as there is no ransom demand, I assume that I'll be able to go and retrieve them without any bother.
