Too many shops are saying this and never ring back, customer service skills are getting worse!!!!!! You ring a shop for details on something and they say say "no problem, i'll ring you straight back". Does this meansomething else now? had an instance this morning where i rang about a part i need at the begining of the week, said "i'll ring you right back", guess what, they didn't. BY the time they rang me back i'd sourced the part from somewhere else.

I'm sick of this happeneing, do they not want the business?! No wonder people, including me, are using mail order more and more, lbs should be working harder for business to compete with the attractive mail order prices, but from where i'm sitting, they're not! ๐Ÿ‘ฟ

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh thats better ha ha

You do not say how long you waited before going off and buying elsewhere.
