Map my ride is pretty good I have found
Tried out a fair few and Runkeeper is my favourite. The website integration is a great feature.
Liking Cyclemeter, had it for nearly a year now and use it pretty much every ride. It gets excellent reviews form other users too. Seems to be much more frugal on power consumption than the apps some mates use.
The complete cycle network looks good, haven't used it yet,
Has OS mapping which you can download and store. will also record your route.
motionx, all of the above plus limited nav by marking waypoints, pre loading mapps if wanted/needed etc
I've always used endomondo to show me my speed and distance but never really thought about uploading routes to an app
