Thinking about buying a compressor (mainly for the car tyres, you understand, and not to make seating tubeless bike tyres easier...). What recommendations?

My local lidl had some parkside ones with a 25l tank in today for £80

I'd say buy as big a compressor as you can run on your electrics as you'll need all the power you can get. (The old adage of buy once buy right applies).
Tank size depends on what space you've got but I run on a 25l tank quite happily.
