As above, the ones I removed are too long so I ordered [url= http://www.evanscycles.com/products/id/single-chain-ring-bolts-ec006126 ]these[/url] and they are too short. Can anyone confirm what length I actually need before I order some more that are wrong!
You sure they're too small? Website seems to imply smallest are designed for single ring.

What chainring? I know my Works Components one is quite thick & needed "XL" single (5.5mm backnut)
The backnut just catches enough to stop the chainring rotating but I wouldn't want to put any torque through it at all. It's a Works chainring, so I guess I'll also need the XL version with the 5.5mm backnut.

Agreed, there's none of those silly nuts, that need the special tool, that is a sod to use - just 2 Allen keys.
I just left the bash on mine so the bolts stayed the same - helps keep the chain on and makes it much less sketchy feeling when you do bottom out!
