Having just chucked on a new 10speed chain set, u discover that it's running about as smoothly as a badgers arse, so I need a new bb70. Anything beat shimano for around £25?

bb70 from bikediscount.de about 13 quid, but you'll have to pay postage.
Still much cheaper than anything in the uk

deore for about £12 from merlin. next day delivery. will last as long as XT or XTR
