[Closed] What are the go to saddles nowadays?

Gnarsled of course.

My creaky tattered Charge Scoop is well past it’s sell by date and needs replacing.

Luckily my arse is unfussy (when it comes to saddles), I’ve not really paid attention to saddles for a while so I’m not sure of what’s what?

I know it’s personal preference but what are the favourites?

Thanks.

Fabric Scoop.

I like the Shallow (similar to the old Knife), but the Radius is closer to the old Scoop.

Looked at the radius and was instantly drawn like a moth to the pro before I saw the price. I’m a sucker for anything with dark/black rails.

Cambium is the most comfortable I've sat on (similar to B17)

Otherwise I am on Flites and Prolongs from the 90s

Spesh Phenom in blingorama spec. Cushions my pert posterior perfectly.

Got a WTB Volt on my full suspension, it's getting worn out and keen to replace it with the Team version for a bit of weight saving but it's out of stock everywhere! Checked out the lighter weight fabric scoops etc. before but didn't want to take the risk on a more expensive version without trying one out. One of these days I'll take the plunge especially considering my arse is particularly fussy.... probably when the whole saddle is falling apart.

Cambrium, C17.

Pricey but worth it.

Just watch the fabric scoop, the plastic nose can be badly formed and damage your bib shorts

Ive got a brooks B17 ti, instant comfort, no break in for me. Previously used charge scoop and liked it too.

I've never tried the Scoop but have the evergreen Spoon on both the bikes that are ridden sitting down. The gnar bikes have whatever's laying about with deep sides so they don't dig into the legs too much.

To me the up-sweep at the tail on the Spoon makes them feel bigger than other saddles which is nice when you want to move about. They seem to last pretty well though I did bend the rails badly on one when I crashed and landed on it with my considerable gut..

WTB Volt

My mates got one and so far it'd be my second favourite to the Spoon, maybe equal.

Still really like my Fizik Gobi saddles but open to trying something else.  If anyone else has moved from a Gobi to another saddle they rate higher - let me know.

I picked up a couple of SDG  Circuit Mountains from the Canyon sale.

REALLY nice seat in my opinion.
