Im on the Hunt for a Sus fork for a SS Genesis i0 as I took the plunge and bought new due to a lack of SH stuff.
What du recomend? quite fancy a lock out for climing stood up...
Want to spend up to £300 max, ideally a little less.
knottie climbs stood up and doesn't lock his forks out........
Oh! you meant climbing ON the bike....lol
Saw them Clink.... they be very tempting!
Got offered a tora for very little cash on top, just seems a little heavy.
i used a magura odur on my Io. think it was £200 (or was it £100???) from crc. has a lock out, and is nice and stiff. also pretty simple too 🙂
hay charlierevel just go rigid. if i can get away early might join you guys 2morrow evening will it be same cp as meeting for the stw ride a few wks back? cheers
I'd go for this over the SL...

I have the 120mm with maxle, and the difference in damping performance between it and standard Motion Control RS forks is significant.
Easily a match for the Fox Float or F series.
Does it have to be 100mm? otherwise how about asking Ian if he can get hold of any more of those that I've got 😉
Then it would look Juuuuust like Elliots tho
Has to be 100mm stack, so as they're built that way, they'd do the job!
SM... Yes that car park at 5 to meet with sponging machine.
09 Reba Team for my i0 but if Merlin had that offer on when I got mine I would have got those instead. Poplock went in the bin after 10mins mind you.
cheers charlie if i can get away early will be there at 5 if iam not dont wait will hook up another time, when ya get ss built give us a shout will do a ss run with ya, an knottie, an the other local ss ers, cheers
'stids!
I like my MX Pros with ETA on the inbred. Very simple to use and at 4 years now without a service or losing any air at all very reliable.
You silly sod s/s you must be either senile or stooopid
Guess I am both 😕

I was out riding SS with oxym0r0n this morning, that boy can climb, made me feel very old 😥
Andy... did you call earlier?
Knottie, adjusting the photo angle does not make it a hill!
see knottie your glad now i made you give me your camera to take some pics of you riding, ha ha ,)
Any with lockout would be nice, had Rebas with poploc on my Carver (gone now) and Bomber SLs on my Argon s/s. Tbh I prefer the Bombers as the lockout winds down through xc settings to all mountain.
I've had rigids on all my singlespeeds at some point, and whilst they're light and good looking an adjustable suspension fork makes for a better bike and in my case a faster and smoother one.
