Got a Ti hardtail, (Airborne), all working fine apart from the brakes - think they have had it - replaced the pistons and seals but regularly get total loss of pressure......

So in the market for replacements - what does the singletrack cogniscenti recommend?

cheers

MC

Links to deals appreciated!

Magura Martas. Got three sets on various bikes, all faultless, even in the Alps.

Hadn't even considered a rebuild - do they do levers as well?

As above send them to hope and they'll come back as good as new. They rebuild the levers, calipers and stick new pads in for about £40. I've got mono m4's on one bike and tech m4's on the other and the newer ones aren't that much better. Otherwise if you want cheap but powerful then buy some Shimano slx but be prepared to bin them in a couple of years when a seal fails.
