Had the same tyre as a rear for six months but not ridden loads. Fitted identical tyre to front, both tubeless. Front looks considerably smaller? Will it expand over time?

Same size rim front and rear? Do you just sit further away from the front one?
it's not likely to stretch, and whilst the sizes are usually made up but each particular model I'd expect to have the same mystical sizing method at least though I wouldn't think it would hold from one carcass type to another despite being the "same" tyre.
