I have been offered a SRAM rival groupset (carbon lever blades don't ya know) that has done max 1000 miles.
The cassette was upgraded to a 1070 and their is no discernible wear (takes a new chain)
How much would it be worth (i.e. how much should i offer - don't want to offend!!)

400 new, 330 for current 105 new
250 sounds reasonable ? I'm guessing, have a look at recently completed ebay

Personally I'd buy from ribble, planetx etc and be flexible on groupset.
One mans 1,000miles is another mans 300miles interms of maintenance, wet rides v dry rides etc etc.
