Tried via resolver on moneysavingexpert. Didn’t have any, but cost nowt to try

You might as well give it a go. Google Northern Rock PPI and it’ll take you to the website for whoever is dealing with it, download the form, complete it and post it. You don’t need policy numbers, but they say it would help. No need to use an intermediary.
