i know this has been asked before and i guessing you'll say "yes, it's fine".
with CRC you now have to select rotors separately, so can i choose the lightest/cheapest/pimpest looking rotors to use with SLX brakes?
does the same go for mount adaptors?

I use Hope floating sawtooth rotors with my XTR's without problem, they should be fine with SLX.

The only thing to be aware of is if the pads are wider than the brake track - if this happens the pads run on the spokes as well - no great issue but you will lose a little performance and you [i]might[/i] get judder.
