old M4 on the front and a mini on the back and they wont stop squeeking!!! any bright ideas??? cheers chris
make sure the rotors are dead center in caliper
Hummm u have just hit a saw spot there i have had problem with minute one with these buggers 😉 they are post mount so it has proved rather tricky, sticky pistons stc.... tempted to by some new ones!!!!! and flog these!! even though i spent about 80 quid on new hoses pads etc... bugger!!
Yep, check they are centred and then give the pads a quick rub with some sandpaper, clean the disks and that should be fine (mine used to squeak a lot until I did this)
The thing is I had that trouble all the time with my Hopes (I had a set of the old silver Minis and then the Mono M4s), regardless of how well they were set up.
I did manage to fix it though.....by buying Shimano brakes instead
i never have issues with hopes
i have old m4s on the hummer and v2's on the demo9
