Anyone know if an SS (Short) cage from a mechanical Ultegra 6800 rear mech will fit onto an Ultegra Di2 rear mech (11 speed)?
I want to replace the medium cage with a short cage

Yes, they use the same parts...

Yes, they are interchangeable.
Edit - beaten to it whilst looking at diagrams.
