XC Ski-ing. Though that's not really feasible here, so
Kayaking
Field target shooting

Subject to change if someone comes up with a good sustainable option.

MTG, Ultramarathon is a good shout. Tricky to do as well as plenty of riding. Though I have ran the SDW.

I run and ski.

Come the big lottery win I would continue to ride (on and off-road), run, ski more than I do now and take up sailing again (both yachts and dinghies)

Powerboating and motocross - at least that would make my wife think mountain biking was cheap and safe...

When she moans about me buying some XO shifters or a dropper seat post (I know "£50 quid" is a lot for something that just holds your saddle on...) I just leave a copy of Bike Trader lying around.

I'd ski all the time if I could afford it.
I'd like to get *really good* at a martial art, Akido being the current attempt.

Does the as well in the question mean also or equally as well? If the later, nothing. Of the things i do, cycling is my strongest. If you mean also, I also do yoshinkan aikido and I'd like to say snowboarding but I actually do more running than snowboarding.

I've just started to learn to horse ride which is fun and I get to do it with my fiance. Strange, it's one of the few sports she's ever been better than me at. I also do a bit of swimming, but NEVER before a ride.

Running, from short fell to really long stuff, fast road to really hard mountains.
Karate.
In fact if it wasn't for my commute I would struggle to call myself a cyclist.

TRAILQUEST !
(nah, only kidding)

honestly - won't be doing any sport without a bike in the near future (except a week or two skiing), but

If I was loaded (had cash and time):

ski loads (I'm OK for a holiday skier and is def my favourite sport - have always wanted to try some planet-raping heli trips and do a whole season)
waterski (used to be just about passable 10-20 yr ago)
race/rally cars (only ever done track days)
learn motocross (I've not ridden a motorbike since I was 13)
I'd have a go at lots though - skydive/base/that crazy glidey thing, maybe climbing though I never really got into it before, sail a bit, shooting guns or bows and arrows, kayaks (think I'm in a poor region for it too), ...

I currently don't have time for:

cricket
golf ( 😳 )
surfing

can't really run any more as I've quite shit ankles from footy, so lots of sports at any decent level are out for me 🙁

Was into archery a few years back but drifted out of it. Would like to get back into it. Am starting an archery club at school in September so probably will.

Just started snowboarding (had a few beginners lessons indoors) and would like to continue that.

Heehee - at some point I think I need to find a sport/hobby that isn't gear-heavy and expensive...

Climbing seems quite complementary to cycling- different muscles and skills, some similiar appeals, and can be done indoors when the weather's awful. Swimming's similiar I guess.

Motorbiking I found isn't that compatible, cycling and motorsickles both want to take up the same times in your week.

Judo, done since a wee nipper and still love it though the bruises and abrasions seem to take longer to heal these days.

Snowboarding/Skiing, love boarding but with a nipper about may have to break out 2 planks for a bit to guide him.

If I had more time/money etc would love to sea kayak, skydive and climb as well as the usual dream of Heli Boarding in Alaska.

Would love to have more time to bike as well.

oh and quite fancy racing cars as well.

Climbing, kayaking, mountaineering (I've started going in winter, it's very fun!). Slacklining too (not sure if it's a sport though).

No longer kite land boarding, very rarely mountain boarding and skating. Road biking once in a while.

I enjoy feeling balanced, although it helps sport progression to specialise; I think it's healthy to keep an even physique. MTB and climbing work very well together, paddling is great for the core/upper body and slacking is great for core, balance and lower body. I find walking in the mountains very reflective, it's almost more psychological than physical.

Don't have time or interest to take up any non-cycling sports, but if I had to I would try crown green bowls and skiing/snowboarding.

A few mentions of archery up there.

Are you sure that's a sport?

On par with darts (funnily enough) and snooker really, in my book

Ro5ey - its at least as much a sport as mountainbiking is. Unless you are racing mountainbiking is a pastime - as is much of the other stuff on here. Unless you have winners and losers its a pastime or a hobby not a sport.

I played hockey as a goalkeeper quite competitively when younger, done a fair bit of mountaineering but not dangling off ropes stuff. Tried snowboarding.

I would love to try some form of hang-gliding

Archery (recurve anyway, the compound archers have possibly an easier time) can be surprisingly physical. A decent level archer will be shooting a bow that requires a weight of 45lb or so to be held on three fingers up to 144 times over a competition FITA round. That's without the physical weight of the bow or weather conditions being taken into account.

what makes it a sport though for me is the sustained level of concentration and psychological strength required to be competitive. A full days archery competition is probably the most mentally tiring thing I've ever done.

Of course, if you're not competing it IS just a leisure activity (like any other 'sport' I guess).

Do you mean 'in addition to' or 'be as good at'? There are probably lots of things I could be as good at, if not a lot better than, I am cycling, particularly at present....

As it seems this is just turning into a list of sports people would like to do more of given the time and money, I'll go with golf and back-country skiing, neither of which I am especially good at.

Sure I was just trying to get a rise, but the fish ain't biting this morn... poor sport.

However you can still do archery wearing loafers and therefore it can't possibly be a sport weather you are competiting or not.

Urban dictionary states... A sport can not be performed in loafers.

Take that futher and all TJ pastimes are indeed sports because specialised footwear is required.

Ju Jitsu and Snowboarding - would try and increase JJ to 3 times week if time was on my side and boarding to a month a year every year.

One thing I wouldn't mind trying is kite surfing - looks like fun but would squeeze my other hobbies to much!

Weekly I surf kayak, cycle and run
A couple of times a month I sail (racing dinghy), climb and scuba dive
In the winter, snowboarding

Trying to get the kids involved so that I can take them, but my boy wants to play golf!?! 👿

What would I do if I had the time? Like a few folks kite surfing - looks great fun

Tried flying microlights and thats great too but not sure its a sport

Sailing
Surfing

The problem is there just physicaly aren't the hours in a week to do more than a couple of off-road rides, go to the local lake for an evenings training, another for raceing and at least one whole day at the weekend, often two, and still get down to the beach!

Golf (not much since the kids came along but most weeks before).
Did a 10k the other week, but hate running so in no rush to do another.
Used to surf loads, but not in the last 10 years.
Used to play Sunday league footy (too old now).
Does dancing count? 😕
Mud darts!? 😯
