[Closed] Turner 5-Spot, Minimum frame insertion?

Hi Chaps,

According to Turner the minimum frame insertion is 4 inches or 100mm. But... it's about 7 1/2 inches to the bottom of the top tube / seat tube junction. The top of the junction is about 6 1/2 inches.

My Reverb, at proper extension sits at 7 inches, so right in the middle of the top tube and seat tube junction.

Based on what Turner say, and a few threads on MTBR, that's more than enough - but I've always thought the seat post should pass below the top tube junction.

Anyone help with this?
