When I'm spinning away in the garage I'm dripping sweat onto my phone whenever I try to change settings. Has anyone come up with clever ways to avoid destroying your phone, or is there a dedicated additional gadget that takes the mobile phone out of the equation?

Could you not just mount it out front a bit more so its out of your sweat?
What turbo trainer? If its supports ANT+ FE-C, should be able to control it with a Garmin Edge.
I wouldn't want to get the Garmin covered in sweat either, but could put it on an out front mount.
