As per the title, I hadn’t realised that on my last ride, I must have got a puncture, and sealant has got all over the back of the frame and seat post (both carbon), this has now dried on, what would be best to remove it with?(it’s caked in it along with mud).

I asked the same question a couple of months ago:
https://singletrackworld.com/forum/topic/getting-sealant-off-frame-tubes/

What eventually worked was AutoGlym Intensive Tar Remover. There's some other good suggestions in that thread ^^ though.

It's ok to admit it. You just really like that bike. We all get a bit like it about our steeds at some point.

I found getting it off the back of my shorts the hardest part, nice stripe right up my bum crack.

Nothing like having a story and sticking to it.

The Muc off stuff is a sealant and glue remover and did an excellent job of removing both when I needed to re tape my wheels.

Simple solution is to replace your frame with a Ti one - tyre jizz just brushes off 🙂
Picking it out of leg hair, not so pleasant.
