Bought the embarrassing bike item online on Wednesday. Last one left !
Credit card stopped the transaction (fraud detection) 🙁
Tredz phoned me and told me and to recommend to phone my CC company to get it unblocked. I duly did and they tried again and no go but waited for the stipulated 1 hour after me ringing to authorise are retry and it went though.
I had spent £10 for next day but time was too late in the day . They said they would post it next day delivery the next day but knocked off the £10 even though it wasn't their fault so I could have it by the weekend. Arrived today and very pleased.
Thanks Tredz - OK not outstanding service to write a book about but very good all the same 🙂

Update: Carbon Fork busted on my first ride (see other post). Phoned Tredz and they said send fork back as did Spesh - They received the fork today, they phoned Spesh and Spesh are sending a new fork today. They emailed me to tell me within 2 hours of receiving the fork and also said they would double check the fork before posting back to me. Again good service from Tredz 🙂 Credit where credit is due 🙂
