The ZTTO one is a pretty obvious Far Eastern 'tribute' to the Wolftooth version which was the original.

I use a small Gerber multi tool with needle nose pliers. Narrow enough to pop a quick link, and handy for loads of other things

If you carry tyre levers you may as well swap them for these.  Reasonably priced and work

I had those Granite pliers - broke the very first time I tried to use them and was subsequently ignored when I complained.

i have a Topeak Mini PT30 multitool with a splitter that works. Fiddly, but works.

Any mini pliers with a serrated face to the pliers will do it. Just squeeze the link plates inwards gripping at an angle with the pliers, so that one side of the pliers loads one plate, the other side loads the other plate. Obvs make sure it's squeezed at the right angle so the plates can pop inwards and release.

I got one of these earlier this year and it’s rather good:

Gerber dîme mini pliers for me. I fancy the Wolf Tooth tool though.

As above, make a little triangle on the chainring and tap the right face with a handy implement.

My solution was just to buy a cheap pair of link plier things, hacksaw down the handle ends, file the edges smooth, cut down the rubber handle covers and tape them back on. It just works, basically, and is forgotten about the rest of the time.
