Going to Beirut in a few weeks to see a mate and thinking of taking a bike to seek out some trails. Anyone been there and done it? Point me in the right direction?

NO, but the food is great. Got a friend who owns a lebanese cafe, its really good. I'd say taking a look at the geography of the country, there should certainly be some good riding. I was talking about goint there myself at some point, so if you do i would be very interested to hear what it was like.

not much help but i would love to go to the lebanon and hopefully will do
the wine is Château Musar and it really is very nice
