I have printed out the route for the Chilterns forum ride tomorrow and unfortunately it doesn't show any direction arrows.
Now, as I understand it, the arrows will only show up where the track segments are long enough. My route is around 40K and there is not one single arrow!
Is there any way this can be tweaked, ie arrows manually inserted?

Have you tried clicking on <view> in the top menu bar then select <Direction Arrows> to on...
Try this...
Tools....Point Filter
You'll find that reducing the number of trackpoints should leave you with more arrows.

Actually, wouldn't bother me in the slightest - I've developed a thick skin from being on here too much 😉

sfb - I normally do that by myself and normally up north too! I've had the odd moment when even the gps doesn't make sense 😳
