Looking for some Touch up paint for my Stumpy 650b in Hyper Green.

Specialized don't do one for it.

Anyone any tips or places to get colour matched etc?

Thanks

Halfords is probably your best bet, I took my Trek in and they let me go through the 5-6 a4 folders they have to match it up. Cost £6 iirc for a biggish bottle 100ml a few years back

If you do go to Halfords, check out the bargain bins for the touch up paint kits, my local one was getting rid of a load of different colours , 50p each! (they also had sram shifters in there at 50p! All sorts of bargains 😀

+1 for Halfords own brand touch up kits out of the bargain bins. I've got a few for my red Stumpy and they get a lot of use.

Insulation tape. White for the white Charge Cooker, black for the green Spearfish.

You'll be amazed at this... but you know what... no-one cares about your bike 🙂

You may sit there and think "people will notice it's got marks and paint chips"... but they really wont 🙂

I've never thought that, I notice them though. Why would I care what anyone else thinks?!

That said I go for prevention rather than cure, and just tape bits I think will get damaged.
