Torque effectiveness

Hi all, I recently bought a power meter which I use on my mtb (going to be using it for some long term research/insights). It shows that my L/R balance is around 60%L/40%R which is roughly as expected and not something I think I can fix. I'm trying to work out what the torque effectiveness is telling me, it's 80%L/66%R, what is this telling me? That I pull up a with my right leg quite a lot? - this seems unlikely knowing how my legs (don't) work. Or some strokes that leg just doesn't put in any power?

Cheers!

Is it 2 sided? If not it's estimating one leg and possibly getting it wrong

I probably should've mentioned that. It is 2-sided yeah.
