[Closed] Today I was congratulated on my "skills"...

....by an attractive young lady on a road bike, who had just witnessed me narrowly avoiding being pushed into the kerb by an impatient buffoon* who decided to cut into the cycle/bus lane without looking or signalling in order to speed up his commute to work.

Clearly, she hasn't seen me ride much or she would have realised that my managing to stay upright and alive was more down to luck than judgement, and I know she is unlikely to frequent this forum, but I'm very grateful for the chat and support she offered as I was getting over the shock and the adrenaline rush.

*I may have used other more colourful terms to describe him, his car, his driving and his sexual inadequacies at the time
