I've a few bits i want changing on my ti frame, mainly a gear cable ferrule adding  for a front mech and potential changing the rear post mount to flat mount. Already tried Enigma, they are too busy to look at non enigma frames

Can't help I'm afraid, but thanks for the info about Enigma, I won't bother chasing up the alteration query I sent them.

Reilly Cycleworks in Brighton may be able to do it. I believe Mark Reilly was at Enigma before setting up his own business

Where are you? Last time i saw Ted James he was replacing a tube on a Ti Jones frame, he's in Gloucestershire, for anyone with skillz you may have to be patient.

There is a thread on here about them. Owners seem to really like them.

I know it's probably not what you want, but you can buy band-on front mech adaptors which have a cable stop for the front mech.

Whilst I can kind of understand the aesthetics of the flat mount, I wouldn't alter a frame to get it, especially at the rear.  just buy a post-mount XTR calliper.

I used Vernon Barker in Dronfield to modify a ti frame (disc mount, bosses changed) a few years ago,  a good job at a reasonable price

Just to jump in about Vernon Barker, its been taken over in the last few years so whenever someone pops up with that pic of birdshit welding, don't worry, its not the same buy any more.

yes the Vernon barker guys have been helpful so far, although they're not so keen on my logic of why i want it modifying
