I've done a search, but can't see this having been discussed.

Carbon frame, full 105, BB7s and Mavic disc wheels all for £1200.

Granted no hydros, but looks a bargain! (Or am I missing something?)

About time Terry got into the cx market with a 'cheap' carbon frame. Not liking the white too much, but good spec for £1200. Something to give the xls a run for its money

Is it to cx race on?
Pretty sure they spec the bikes with compact road chainsets. Not a problem of f it's for a winter road bike ... but if so. You can buy much cheaper winter road bikes.

I do think it comes with a 50x34, but I'm sure you could spec it with a 46 if you asked. I actually quite like the White, but and black, but it will show up the mud!

The XLS has never really grabbed me.

Shame you can't spec a different group or just buy the frame set.

Just because of the rings, or other failings?

The new Shimano cranks are the same BCD regardless, so you can fit CX ratios, just sell the compact rings if you don't want them.

Not just the rings. Be nice to be able to spec it with cx1 and hydros.

If you were definitely thinking of getting one, you could phone and speak to Terry and ask if they can spec a CX specific chainset - or he'd give you a good deal on one, you could flog the compact no bother

Not a fan of the paint, but looks good otherwise.

Think the frame looks ace. Particularly like the internal cable routing.

A set of hydros and it would be a stonking bike.
