More out of hope rather than expectation I'll get to ride a tt this year, I've decided to give oval chainrings a go. I have lots of questions!
What size...It's a tt bike so currently running a 53. Will I need same size, or will a 52 be similar in oval ?
Can I get away with just buying the outer? I rarely use the inner on a tt (used it once for 300 meters all last year) but still want it to be able to shift properly at front.
Will I need a new chain?
I'm looking at rotor q rings. This aero version is 120 bcd 4 bolt, but doesn't say it'll fit on my shimano crank. Alternatively, This one looks like I told definitely fit.
If I go with either of the options above, do I need an additional bolt kit to mount it ?
