Trial centre [ assuming you have transport]
Lee Quarry or Gisburn [ about same from Audley]
Road - Trough of Bowland route leaving from station
MTB natural - Rivington - go to Chorley [ 4 miles ish to Rivvy on roads]or Adlington [ closest 2 miles ish but all uphill- but not all trains stop here] on train about 10- 15 minutes away
Darwen Tower and moors around there - head to obvious tower on that there hill
Preston Loop is 20 miles ish from erm Preston and mainly off road
There is a BMX track about a mile away from station

Pretty much as Junkyard says - except i wouldnt recommend the Preston Loop (Preston Guild Wheel). Did it a few weeks ago and to be honest, its a nice family ride but nothing more.
