Looking to ride Thetford but realised dusk til dawn is on, will it be a nightmare to ride say tomorrow afternoon or will the place be busy busy busy?
I'm sure it will be OK but they quite often run some of the course the "wrong" way down part of the "Black" route so look out for people riding it the other way.
Was up there last weekend and I'm thought some areas are closed after midday.
Not sure whish though as was obviously riding too fast to read it properly 😉
you could ride the D2D course itself, that way you will avoid any head on collisions and enjoy a good circuit before it gets cut up by 1000s of wheels
There'll be quite a few people doing practice laps, so you might have to avoid certain bits if the course runs along them in the opposite direction.
Or you could just head over to the Brandon side & have free reign?
The course is using various bits of the red and black routes but I'm *fairly* sure all of them are being ridden in the right direction, so you should be fine - or, as others say, enjoy riding the course itself while it's in pristine condition.
