I'm building up a Genesis Core frame to get a mate back on his bike.
The frame takes a 27.2mm seatpost and the mech needs a shim. Anybody got one they don't need?

When I needed one I just went & asked in my LBS - they had a drawer full of em and didn't charge on top of the other shiny stuff that caught my eye while I was there.

I lost half of one and cut a piece of soft plastic (the sort you wrap round the bars to pad out the clamp of a light etc.) It works well.
