On a tight budget, very tight TBH. Would probably like a Scandal or Inbred in a SS form. Anything else Second-hand would probably be best, wouldn't it?

there was a 650b on the classifieds yesterday for not many beans, 16" frame

You see, I have all the bits but the frameset. Scandals get good opinions, but when I add the fork it's a (possibly) better bike territory. Karate Monkey perhaps?
