Is it me or am I seeing a fancy new site with blue text? Perhaps all that beer last night was not a good idea?

Yup sticky post at top, my post underneath!!! Edit: Only the sticky in the overview not the bike forum which I use!!!

BTW I might be a bit feminine but I am actually male - don't judge a book by its cover ๐Ÿ˜‰

One of the problems with separating wanted and for sale is that people very rarely browse the 'wanteds' unless they're actively looking to move something on. Most of my replies to wanteds have been when I've been browsing looking for something to buy, seen a wanted and thought, ooh, I've got that in the shed. Now it's another forum that's got to be conciously gone to

Maybe a consolidated view for the classifieds, like the 'overview'?

Next debate, where do swaps go...

i like the seperation - stops things flying off the 1st page quite so quickly.

yeah like the nice look,
it's a more cleaner,
but like others have said the extra wtd section is a bit too much,
less is definitely more,

same thoughts as vinnyeh on it

The only issue I can see is with the separation of the classifieds into Wanted and For Sale.

I quite liked it when it was combined and think it worked better. I normally brows stuff that is for sale, but would occassionally see wanted ads that I could help with. I think the wanted section may be a bit underused now.

happy to see if anyone elses use is different though

edit - just seen vinneyh's post - great minds eh?

IE6 will run it at the moment, seems to be very large file size when used on symbian phone, each page loaded was around 2.5MB, most mobile internet unlimited usage is 300MB'ish so would be easy to exceed that.

works great on the works pc and on my iphone, was long overdue in my opinion, but i think the shade of blue for topics is a bit close to the background makes its a bit hard to read.

Can there be a touch more contrast between the text and the backgrounds?

It's blending together a bit too much, it may be a windows thing as it looks good on the iPhone.

As above, wanted and for sale together makes sense to me!

Separated classifieds are purely wrong. It makes it far more likely that I won't sell/buy on impulse.
I also dislike such a clean layout, old was better. It looks just like yet another forum, mleh! STW in a Saab-forum lookalike shocker.
No ads on the side I like.
I'd bring the old layout back, we aren't some cyclist types here, it's STW (sexually transmitted weirdness).
BTW Where are SFB Foto and TJ Helmet sections?

This is like going to your home town where you grew up and discovering your favourite pub has changed into a trendy wine bar.

Singletrack no longer supports your web browser.

How's it still working on my PC then? Can't upgrade IE cos it's a work machine and it won't let me. ๐Ÿ˜•

Because I felt sorry for you and made some effort into fixing it. IE6 is ten years old. Remember the internet 10 years ago?
