My 36s need the lowers doing and Fox are out of green oil, anyone running TF's lower lub mix instead?

You could use torco rsf medium or some similar fork oil.

anything with a moderate viscosity and decent slippiness is going to do the job. I've used 5/30 fully synthetic engine oil for the last 4 or so years in all my forks. No problems at all.
Damping oil will do the job well enough, but IME if you get something more focussed on lubrication, you'll see better results.

I use green finish line chain oil. TF Tuned recommended it.
Edit - I only use this on the stantions not inside the lowers. That would be stupid.

Castrol fork oil from Halfords is as good as anything and cheapest
