I know I am a couple of weeks late, but other than racing incidents, was the tour free of scandal this year? Free of drugs etc?
I've had a quick search and nothing untoward came up ...

Pettachi was informed he was under investigation before the TdF began, I dont think he should have been allowed to start. BUT innocent untill proven guilty and all that.........
