The cheap deal at crc is getting me thinking about buying but I don't have any longer forks yet and won't have the cash for a couple of months. I have everything else for a build but would the 100mm forks I have kicking around affect the handling so much as to be unpleasant or will they do until I can invest in something more appropriate?

Yeah very tempting!

I thought the idea of these frames with slacker head tube angles was that you can run short travel forks and still have good trail handling. Email Brant at Ragley and see what he says.

Word is 140's are the ideal for the mmmbop, i've been doing a bit of research in to these frames and i've talked to Brant and a few ragley riders / owners...
