I am going to buy a tarn frame in the next couple of days but am humming and hawing about the complete bike. Can anybody give me a ball park figure weight for the wheels please? I am deciding whether I would be better off buying the complete bike or the second hand frame I have my eye on and spending the difference on nicer wheels and tyres. Having owned a few Genesis bikes, wheels are an area they seem to choose to save money in.
