What's best to go for WRT spoke lacing, 2cross 3cross etc? what's the difference in strength?

I'm after a rim that will use 2.25-2.4 tyres and be resonably lightweight and tubeless.

so far

Mavic XM819 450g - 19mm width
Stans ZTR Arch 470g - 22mm width
Stans ZTR Flow 420g - 19mm width

All similar price, what should I go for?

3 cross, Arch as it'll give a better profile with fatter tyres.
