[Closed] Swinley, charged 3 time for parking, how to claim back?

At Swinley yesterday the machine said "rejected" to my card twice, so I went to a different machine and it worked.

However, my bank account shows 3 payments out. Now it's only £6, so I'm not going to lose sleep over it, but I'd like to get it back too.

Struggling to find out how to contact/do anything though.

Ideas appreciated

I'd be tempted to ring the bank and they can use the charge back facility.

My ticket feel off the dash once and I was fined. I contacted the parking people at Bracknell council iirc and they refunded it. That approach is probably worth a go if you have the multiple tickets.

It didn't create tickets for the first 2... just on my account.

How did you get the number/ info mate ?

I've bought a ticket before, put it in my pocket and forgot to put it in the car. Expensive day.

Thought it was £3 to park now?

Ah, of course. I'd claim it, they're quick enough to issue tickets.

Are the 3 payments showing as pending on your account or fully processed ? I’ve had similar (at a Sainsbury’s scan machine). The genuine payment cleared within 24 hours but the rejected one took a week before being deleted from the pending list.
