all i want to do is swap my red kings for my blue ones on the 819 rims, can i still use the same spokes etc... just seeing if i can get away with only paying for the build?

in theory yes but it takes ages with those rims and many shops refuse to re use spokes in that way.
I'd refuse on grounds of lame vanity 😛
