Can I convert my Superstar Switch hubs from 135mm qr to 150x 12 bolt thru? I Have seen this adaptor but I am a bit unsure of this as its all new...

That will change 135 x QR to 135 x 12.
IIRC I don't know of any hubs which can switch from 135 -> 150.
