So, my new build, as std it looks like Option A, but in the flesh, the middle of the frame looks a bit dull, so what do people think about adding a small, subtle yellow highlight pinstrip to the top tube as Option B??

Option A:

Option B:

So your votes please:

Option A - Leave it standard
Option B - I like the extra stripe
Option C - Stop being a massive fanny and get out there and ride it

Option B looks lighter. Make sure whatever paint you use doesn't react with the resin in the carbon.

Looks OK with the yellow actually. Just use some tape so it's easily removed if you change your mind or decide to sell it.

In fact, use thick tape. Really, really thick tape.

That'll help keep it together when it cracks. ๐Ÿ˜†

I was going to get some yellow vinyl pinstrip tape and put it under the invisiframe top tube protection clear tape part

And i can't actually ride it yet because i'm waiting for some custom CNC ally bits to complete the build....... ;-(

Option C remains an option.

only if i also get my arms surgically lengthened by 120mm as well... ๐Ÿ˜‰

Anyway, yellow pin stripe ordered, i'll stick it on to see how it looks, if i like it i'll put in on properly under invisiframe tape

Well, she's finished:

First "round the block and see what falls off" ride completed, no probs. Rather enjoying the 'lecy shifting too ๐Ÿ˜‰

No, you're doing it wrong. You need one of these pinstriping tools

That's assuming you can't do it properly with a brush... ๐Ÿ™‚

Nice bike, the yellow looks good. As above, here's the old school way, by a master.

Edit: Fast forward to 12:00 if you're not watching it all, I can't get the link to specific time working.
