need a new shock soon as mine is dying....mani swinger 3 way (air)
was thinking tuned van rc from loco (good deal)I've heard good things about this shock on similar bikes (single pivot) but worried about it being overbiked/too heavy...
or rs monarch air can....or
rp23 (high volume/boost/normal?)
I don't do a massive amount of 'xc' on it, probably max 4hrs for longer rides, all the other rides i do is just a few hours of trails and mucking about in the woods so weight isn't a massive issue i guess..
but then again I'm not jumping off massive stuff or riding in the alps on it either so is air the way forward..??
any suggestions, or experiences of coil/types of air shock on trail bikes would be welcomed..?
Do you want it to be more plush, more adjustable, lighter?
If weight is not a huge concern, vanillas are great value imo, you don't need the latest thing with 15 knobs on.
