I've submitted my team but I note that team rosters are not yet finalised, for instance Sky only have four riders listed. We know that Poels, Froome and G are riding the Tour of Britain so they won't appear, looks like Kwiato might get the lead spot? Worth keeping an eye on the rosters over the next few days and updating your team if you think the new names are better...

Anyone watching? Been a cracking race so far. Best Grand Tour of the year. Wouldnt bet against Valverde winning still. A TT after a rest day could be tricky for many too. Simon Yates doing great. Quintana is a complete wuss hope he doesnt win, deserves nothing.
